Venezuelan band active from the 1960s. Los Blanco was founded by four members of a music family from Maracaibo, Venezuela, They are Bernardo (alto sax), Cecilio (percussion), Ricardo (trumpet) and Leopoldo, twin with Ricardo who play timbales and he was one of their singers along the guarachero Cheo Matos.
The band play all of tropical rhytms, guaracha, pasodobe, bolero, porro, cumbia, merecumbé, boleros and more.
Los Blanco have seen moderate success in Colombia too.
